How do I change my check-in schedule?
Open Stillzone Check-In and go to Settings. You can modify your check-in window, grace period, and trusted contact information at any time.
What happens if I miss a check-in?
If you don't check in during your window (including the grace period), your trusted contact will receive an email notification. The email includes your display name, the date, and the check-in window that was missed.
How do I start a check-out session?
Open Stillzone Check-Out and tap "Start Check-Out". Choose a duration for your session. The countdown timer will begin, and if the session expires without you ending it, your trusted contact will receive an email notification.
What happens if my check-out session expires?
If your check-out session expires without you ending it, your trusted contact will receive an email notification. The email includes your display name, the date, and the session duration that was set.
Why didn't my contact receive an email?
Email delivery can be affected by various factors, including spam filters, email service provider issues, or network connectivity. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery, we cannot guarantee that emails will always be received. If your contact didn't receive an email, please check their spam folder and verify the email address is correct.
Can I pause check-ins?
Yes, in Stillzone Check-In you can pause check-ins for today or until a specific date in the app settings. When paused, no notifications will be sent even if you don't check in.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Stillzone apps are not emergency services. They are utility apps for routine daily check-ins and temporary session monitoring. If you are in an emergency situation, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
How do I reset my setup?
In any Stillzone app, go to Settings and select "Reset setup". This will clear all local data on your device, including your schedule, trusted contact, and history.
