How it works
Record with one tap
Open the app and tap Start. When you're done, tap Stop. Duration and time are saved automatically—no forms, no fuss.
See your pattern
Swipe to History for a calendar with dot indicators and a simple list. Swipe to Statistics for daily and weekly counts and averages.
Keep it private
Optional app lock (passcode or biometrics). All data stays on your device, encrypted. Export and hidden app icon available in Premium.
